Jason Hidalgo, RKC II, PCC

Jason Hidalgo has been involved with fitness for over 20 years in gyms all over Southern California. Before he could drive he would find ways to get down to the local YMCA and workout. As the years progressed so did his fascination with different forms of exercise. Jason would experiment with different styles, adding what worked to his mental toolbox and discarding what yielded little or no results. As his body/mind matured, so did his goals. This led to a wide variety of training programs which included: putting on muscle mass, losing body fat, becoming faster, increasing strength and endurance among others. Most recently his training goals have involved injury prevention and after his own shoulder surgery, injury rehabilitation.  Jason is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as being certified to teach Kettlebells, Steel Mace/Indian Clubs, Bulgarian Bags and other unconventional tools.  Jason has been the owner of Kettlebells South Bay since 2014.
